1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Chill N' Go platform at book.chillandgotours.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Chill N' Go reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Service Description
Chill N' Go is an on-demand guided tours marketplace based in Mexico City, Mexico. We connect tourists with certified local guides for walking tours, food tours, art tours, history tours, and flexible guided experiences. Tours may be booked on-demand (guide arrives within approximately 30 minutes) or scheduled in advance. Chill N' Go acts as an intermediary platform between tourists and independent guides.
3. Booking and Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Prices are displayed and charged in Mexican Pesos (MXN). We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By completing a booking, you authorize Chill N' Go to charge the displayed amount to your selected payment method. A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. Chill N' Go does not store your full credit card details — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
For on-demand tours: you may cancel within 2 minutes of booking for a full refund. After the 2-minute grace period, no refund is available once a guide has been assigned. If no guide is available to fulfill your request, you will receive a full automatic refund. For scheduled tours: free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour receive a 50% refund. No refund is available once the tour has started. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
5. User Conduct
You agree to: (a) provide accurate personal information when booking; (b) treat guides with respect and courtesy; (c) not engage in illegal, harmful, or disruptive behavior during tours; (d) follow the reasonable instructions of your guide, especially regarding safety; (e) not use the platform for any fraudulent purpose. Chill N' Go reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
6. Guide Responsibilities
Guides on the Chill N' Go platform are independent contractors, not employees of Chill N' Go. Each guide is vetted, certified, and rated by tourists. Guides are expected to arrive promptly, provide a professional and safe tour experience, and communicate clearly with tourists. Chill N' Go is not responsible for the actions or omissions of individual guides but maintains quality standards through ratings and reviews.
7. Limitation of Liability
Chill N' Go provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chill N' Go shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (b) personal injury during tours (guides carry their own liability); (c) loss of personal belongings; (d) technical failures or service interruptions; (e) the conduct of guides or other users. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Chill N' Go platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Chill N' Go Tours or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Chill N' Go.
9. Modifications to Terms
Chill N' Go reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to users who have made bookings. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City (Ciudad de Mexico), Mexico.
